By calling 408-277-6290 or 1-866-391-SJGP. You can also visit our office at 333 West Santa Clara Street, Suite 1, San José CA 95113. Tickets may be purchased at all gates on the track.
• Do children need a full price ticket?
Children 12 and under are free with a paid adult general admission ticket purchase. Due to assigned seating, children 2 and under are free with a paid grandstand ticket purchase as long as they sit on a guardians lap. One child per one adult purchase.
• Does a child need a Paddock Pass if an adult has purchased one?
Any attendee will need a pass to enter the Paddock Area.
• When can I expect to receive my tickets?
Tickets will be mailed 30 days out to event. Delivery Policy.

• What is the minimum for a group purchase?
As long as your purchase totals 20 tickets or more you qualify as a group. For example, 10 grandstand tickets and 10 general admission tickets earns you the special group savings.

• What is the the Paddock?
The Paddock area is the garage, where the team cars are worked on, for viewing.
• What is the situation regarding motor coach parking?
Unfortunately, for this year's event there is no space allocated for RV/Motorcoach parking around the perimeter of the event.
• Can I buy a grandstand seat for a single day?
No, grandstand seats are only being offered as a 3-day pass.
• Is there grandstand seating for General Admission?
No, general admission allows access to the event with no grandstand seating.
• Are leashed dogs allowed to this event?
No, pets will not be allowed inside the event.
• Will we be able to see the track without seats?
Yes! The layout allows viewable access from a walking/standing position. There is also a new general admission area on Park Avenue.
• I live in San José is there a location for the merchandise that I can see in person?
During event items are sold at booths around the track.
• Will there be ticket booths the day of the event?
Yes, ticket booths will be available at all gates race weekend, but it is recommended you purchase your tickets ahead of time to avoid long lines. Visa, MC, AMEX and cash will be accepted.
• Where will the jumbotrons be located?
All grandstands will have a view of a screen.

• What types of things cannot be brought into the event area?
The following items are prohibited:
No chairs (of any kind)
Strollers
Camera tripods and nano tripods not allowed in the grandstand area

Coolers or ice chests - larger than 14 inches
